Deere loader bucket to skid steer quick attach adaptor

Looking at buying a skid steer to help speed things up with the grading and seeding process. Does anyone know of a mfg that makes an adaptor plate to put on my 300cx and 420 loader frames that will allow me to pick up skid steer quick attach implements?

How about vise versa???
