Loader loosening up

Curious if anyone else has had to continually tighten up loader brackets? I'm on my fourth time now. When machine idles it starts rattling bad when it's loose. To tighten it up I have to unlock the hinges and adjust the large bolts with a set screw connected to the locks.

Is this normal?
