Can I put a larger deck on my Sabre?

I've got an old Sabre 1542 that I'm very happy with, except a couple of pieces have broken off of the deck and it needs to be replaced. It seems like the used decks I can find nearby are all 38" or 46". Any chance that a 46" deck has the same connections to fit the 1542 frame?

If that wont work, my short term options are a) order a new deck for about $500 or b) a somewhat close JD dealer has a used 1546 Sabre for $800.
