For those of you that need a few more inches of lift you may want to consider this.
There is a 3/8 hole above the 5/8 hole in the lift arms that attach to the lower link arms. What I did was drill these out to 5/8 then took a die grinder and put small radius in the bottom of the lift arm. I didn't get any pictures of where I ground, but I'll try and get some later. I was concerned that the top link would hit the bracket it snaps into, but as you can see in the pictures I've got about an 1/8 or less clearance! It lifts up plenty high now to drive on my trailer and I've got the too link screwed out about 2". :thumbup1gif:
