Hydraulic top link cyilnder length

I see that hydraulic top links come in different lengths. But none of the hydraulic links I have seen advertised match the range of the OEM top length.

How do I determine the length of hydraulic top link to get? The planned use of the hydraulic top link will be on a JD 4120.
