The entire perimeter of our property is fenced. 99% of the time the gate at the drive is kept closed. Only when I am expecting someone is the gate left open.
For the times that I do leave the gate open I need a driveway alarm. If I am not paying attention someone can drive up and back off without us knowing it so an alert would be nice. Plus, it will help monitor the dogs when the gate is open. He is pretty good about staying put unless there is a female in heat.
I am currently leaning towards Dakota Alert's beam style - Dakota Alert Wireless Security Equipment
While a pricey I like the beam as compared to the motion sensors.
Anyone have any recommendations?
