New guy here. I got a 2350 in a recent RE-transaction. It's not in great shape but runs like a top. I think it sat for a while before I got it.
I'm going to slowly knock out problems. Hydraulic system is first. I have a leak. I did not think it too bad untill my 3pt would not move yesterday. Added 5gl and did what I needed.
I can't find the following answers:
How much fluid do I need? I can't see a fill line. Can I over fill? If there is room in the tank, do I keep adding?
How do I find the leak? Is there a way to pressurize so I can see the drip?
How long do hoses last? If I don't know the age am I better off taking it in and having the system rebuilt?
If I'm low but not "out" do I risk burning up a pump? I.E., how serious is this if I choose to add 5gl as needed until I get fed up and seek help?
