6415 4x4 vs 3355 4x4

I have found a 1991 john deere 4x4 3255 with around 3000 hours on it for around $30,000 and a 2005 4x4 6415 with 4600 hours for $42,000 and was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on these two tractors since there isn't much out there about them. We will be pulling 12-14' disc on 100+/- acres, pulling 12' hay mower/conditioner and a round bailer on the larger size with it. Both have loaders and buckets on them. There are pictures attached first three are 3255 and last one is the 6415.
