So I am spraying again, and get Captan and Dannitol all over the windshield by turning into my plume at the end of a row.
Click the wiper knob and the wiper kinda moves and stops...then quivers a bit. Click the knob back to off, and the thing wants to re-set at the side, but can't, so I have to manually reach out and push the wiper to the edge of the window, so the motor shuts off.
Stupid thing worked fine the other day, when mowing in the rain for several hours.
Anyone got a link to a diagram that shows what might have come loose, or experience with this on a Deere?
It reminds me of a loose wiper arm on a GM truck, but Deere wipers obviously don't work that way.
From the looks of it, the cab overhead has to be discombobulated to get at the motor, and there's no time for that untill fall when Harvest is over.
