I have a 2520 hood that is excellent condition except for the paint. You would need to buy a can of John Deere spray paint and feather it into the existing paint which is not faded. Only the top of the hood had the damaged paint. You would not have to remove the "2520" decals to restore the paint. Spray on, color sand and polish and it will look new. There are not dents.
