HDAP standard on x540? Help with order please

Hi folks

Just ordered an x540 with 48" deck. The dealer had to order the machine "less deck" and add the 48" deck. My question is this....I want the HDAP tires on the read and was told by the dealer that they all come with them. Is this true? Guidance please? Oh, I'm in northern Virginia.
