Have an 855 that has run on the same turf tires since new in 1989. It's getting time to put new rubber on but I'm not seeing much in the way of tread selection. The original tires are Goodyear & I don't think Goodyear makes those tires any longer. I was wondering if I should move up to those new style R-4's (if I've got that right?) They are sort of a cross betwen a turf tire & a full ag or bar tire. I've got a lot of rough tire use ahead of me & was thinking that those new R-4 style would give me the best use overall for grass areas & the extra traction I will need to pull a five foot box blade & a middle buster. Thanks for any advice.
