My wife and I bought a 230 year old farm back in the 80's and there are/were numerous hints of large rock (some people call them field potatoes around here) sticking out of the ground here and there. Since we bought the 2520 a few years ago and I then bought a set of Artillian forks I have been digging some of them up. A few have proven to big to move so you widen the hole , roll them in and bury them. I started a major clean up on part of the yard and dug up two potatoes that have caused as much mower damage as any and I thought you might be interested to see what these forks can do.photo 4.JPG. It takes a while to figure out how to get something this big out of the ground and then up in the air, but I can assure you the weak link was hydrauulic power not my forks. If you look at the backing plate and length of forks (42") you can see how large and heavy this piece of granite is. I have moved about a dozen of these so far, each one provides it's own challenge but it's very satisfying to get rid of these 25 year headaches. Thank you Chrisphoto 2.JPG
