My 4120 was picked up on April 16th so some minor issues could be addressed.
Those issues were the tilt steering would not stay locked, right front wheel catching loader hoses when making sharp a right turn & very tight ROPS pins. I had to use a hammer & punch to get the pins out & use a hammer to get them back in.
I found all of these issues shortly after taking delivery on February 27th. The service department was backed up with spring service & later with problems with their delivery truck. Since none of the issues I was having kept me from using the tractor, I told the dealer to get to it when they could.
They have now had the tractor over 2 weeks. I stopped by Monday to check on it. The tilt wheel was fixed, they were working on the ROPS pins, they were waiting on parts for the loader hose issue.
Am I being to easy?
