SAnity check on sale price

I'm looking to go with a larger deere with more loader capacity. I looked into trading and consignment but wasn't thrilled with either options.
So I decided to sell privately, I looked at local pricing and feel I'm where I should be, but want a sanity check.
Now prices are extremely regional so I understand if the price seems high for your area. The Northeast is generally quite a bit higher than other regions.
I have had a few offers on breaking the package up but since I have no means to load the implements if I sell the tractor first I'm sort of stuck.
