MCS Bagger...Has Anybody???

I am curious if anybody here has used this attachment/bagger option? Or has any direct knowledge of its use. Good/Bad or indifferent. Also I searched far and wide and could not come up with any information on the manufacturer. Is it possible it is manufactured by Deere? Any Information is certainly appreciated.
