455 60 inch cutting deck wheel adjustment

I have a JD 455 with a 60" cutting deck. The manual that I have covers nothing about the cutter, so I am hoping that someone here can point me in the right direction.

I may be mistaken, but the guide wheel adjustment doesn't make sense. I raised all of the wheels up as high as they can go, lowered the cutting deck to where I wanted it and tried to adjust the wheels to fit. I would assume that they would all be in "hole 5" or "hole 1" or whatever it would be, but they aren't. One one side, the adjustment hole is the lowest, on the other side, it's the highest.

The arms that connect to the hydraulic appear to be set equally. I backed them off and counted the turns and they have the same number of turns, but the guide wheel adjustment really makes no sense to me.

Does anyone have a manual on this or can you tell me the proper way to set the height and correctly adjust the guide wheels for the cutting deck?

Thank you!!
