Can you help me ID this flail mower?

I picked up this mower for cheap. It was advertised as 4', but is 5'. Hopefully I can get it to the point that I can use it. It needs (at least) a roller, belt cover and a main shaft bearing. It is green now, but was red originally.

If nothing else, I'll get to learn about flail mowers by tinkering with it.
