Oil

Recently I have changed my oil in my JD 5055E. I checked it the other day and noticed it had too much oil. Last night I drained some out out of the oil pan, checked it and it was just below the full mark. I parked the tractor. I checked it this morning and it showed about 1/4" past the full mark. Is this normal? I checked the overflow (concerned I may have a blow head gasket) it was past full at the cold mark. I checked the radiator and it didn't have any visible antifreeze. The oil does not have a milky look to it that I can tell but I have never seen milky oil. It is a light brown color. The oil cap does not have any milky residue either. When I first accelerate i have been noticing a white colored smoke it only does this when I give the tractor a lot of throttle or it is under a load. I am very concerned about this. I am new to all this and the tractor is only 2 years old. Any and all comments will be greatly appreciated. Hopefully it is not too big of a deal considering I have 100 more acres of first cuts of hay to do. Thank you in advance for your help!!!
