OK, I've searched and found a couple of other issues people have had with engaging/disengaging the MFWD on 2032Rs but not this problem:
The MFWD on my tractor works fine. So well in fact, that it drops itself into FWD all by itself. I pull the lever up and it disengages (The light goes off and I can feel it drop out....). Then I travel 6-8 feet and it's back in FWD again. The lever drops down all by itself. It doesn't matter if I go forward or in reverse. Happens in either direction. I can repeat this endlessly and it does it over and over again. Right now if I'm traveling on pavement I drive holding the lever up.
The tractor only has 2 hours on it so it's going to the dealer to be fixed but... am I missing something here? (Besides a clue!) Is there some secret "easy" fix for this?
