This thread is sort of for Gizmo2 because I read somewhere that he likes construction project photos:cool: The sloped area in front of my barn is not in good condition from erosion plus it gets muddy when it rains so I decided I'm going to lay some Turf Stone. I purchased enough pavers to do a 8 feet x 40 foot strip in front of the main doors. I'm going to use the backhoe and loader to dig an area 12 feet by 41 feet x approx 11 inches deep for 6 inches of baserock plus 1.5 inches of bedding sand and the 3.125 inch deep pavers. I have some baserock and some sand left over from my front entrance project you can see in the background that I'm going to use. The pavers cost $500 plus a $105 delivery charge.
I'll take some more photos as I get to the project which will be in the near future. I'm still working on the planting beds in front of my house.
For anyone who doesn't know what Turf Stone is the last photo is taken from the internet showing the pavers installed (not mine yet) and grass coming up through the holes in the pavers which is why I like them.
