Bee help on a struggling hive.

I have one hive that is struggling. All was good two weeks ago during an inspection, then when we get home from vacation, one hive is way down on numbers. the other seems fine. Hopefully someone can tell something from my pictures. The first 5 are from the hive with the problem, the last 3 are from the one that is ok. I see queen cells in the problem hive, did something happen to the queen in that hive? I'm worried about them.

I joined a bee forum, but can't post pics yet and not sure I can accurately describe the problem.

Thanks for any input.
