L100 Riding mower vs D105

Hello,

I have a L100 5 speed mower about 10 yrs old, and have owned a L110 same yr.

I'm thinking about buying a new D105 and wondering how the transmission is and if its as good as the older model? I mow level ground but am disabled and a large man, my L100 has no problem with me on it but I seen the new auto-trans. and hope its as good as the older model.
