Ideas for installing a 2" receiver on my 216

I have a 216 and a #31 tiller which attaches where the sleeve hitch would. It looks like the hitch is part of the tiller. I would like to mount a 2" receiver so that I could mount this rake.

Any ideas how I could a 2" receiver?
