I recently obtained a Model 43 front blade that is supposed to fit my 212, but the guy wasn't sure about the lift linkage. He gave me a 3/8 rod that he thought would work but I am having a hard time figuring it out as it seams to short. Can anyone help or provide an operator's manual? I have searched the internet for a manual to no avail. Thanks
