The last couple of years here in Iowa we have had dry weather. The lack of mower time has led me into the winter with summer blend of diesel in the tractor tank. Around here there is a big biodiesel push. Which is understandable because the soybeans used for it are grown here and soy oil used is manufactured here. The soy oil adds lubricity to the ultra low sulfur diesel. The bad part is soy oil coagulation takes place around zero degrees.
