OMNI Carry All and Draw Bar Hitch

I've seen plenty of people on here like the ONMI Manufacturing Carry All and I'm thinking about ordering one for my 1025R, however I have a couple of questions that I haven't been able to figure out.

It looks like a lot of people have the carry all on a Transformer with or without weight rack and many with a quick hitch setup. I already have a cross draw bar on my 3-point so I was looking at getting the Heavy Duty Combo Draw Bar Trailer Hitch to use with the carry all. My concern is that it looks like all of the other hitches offset the middle of the carry all a few inches from the lower link arms. With the draw bar hitch the carry all would be centered directly over my draw bar and I'm concerned it is going to hit the toolbox.

Also I'm considering getting the version with both the vertical and horizontal mounting options so I could possibly use it on my vehicle or on the lower position of the combo hitch. My concern here is a again a matter of clearance. In the lower position using the horizontal mount, is the vertical mount doing to stick down too far and end up dragging on the ground when I have the 3-point down?
