I tried out a disc harrow on Saturday and after about the 5th or 6th time I picked it up and attempted to lower it, it took a long time to lower itself, even with the added weight on the hitch. It eventually commenced working normal after cycling the front loader and killing the tractor and restarting. Fast forward to yesterday and I attached my breaking plow and it would take approximately 2 minutes for it to lower enough to contact the ground. I had the loader set off, so I killed it and kicked dirt clods and cursed for a bit and wham, it started working again. I checked the normal stuff such as loose fittings and made sure no obstructions or anything. I checked fluid levels and everything is within parameters. So anyone have any ideas or have ever heard of this?
