Didn't know about this forum until I googled JD 2720 with a 72" deck and 200CX loader that I am interested on Craigslist. Happy to be here! I have a 2009 X500 but just changed homes upping my mow area from about 2.5 acres to 4. The 2720 sure is good looking and a 72" cut would be cool. I've never owned a diesel. Seems like the 2720 is well received by your forum but I read it is now discontinued? How do you all feel about a 2720? About it being discontinued? I would like to use the bucket loader, but to be honest other than mulch not sure what I'd do with it. I have a long, paved driveway that needs plowing once in a while in the moderate Missouri winter. Guess I just like the big tires and want a new toy! Btw it has 40 hrs and he's asking $19,500. Thx...
