5320 puffing smoke

I own a 5320 with 3700 hours on it. The tractor is used primarily for hay(mow, rake, bale) work and clipping pastures with a 7' Bush Hog rotary. Last week I clipped for 6 hours and about three hours into the activity noticed that every so often the exhaust emits what I believe to be a blueish white smoke. As I don't have an EPTO I run the tractor at 2400 rpm to get the 540 PTO speed so as to adequately mulch the cut stuff. I checked the tractor fluids this AM and discovered that the coolant and engine oil showed no signs of being below where they are normally. If anything, I thought the engine oil might be a bit over full...not sure why, but I may have overfilled it a bit about a week ago. Engine uses about 3/4 quart every 100 hours or so. Early last week I drained most of the fuel out of the tank so I could so I could remove it to replace a broken clutch cable, which I thought was a rather fascinating experience to say the least. Any Ideas on what may be causing the blueish-white exhaust smoke???? Service manager said to check for water in the fuel.. drained the water separator ..no water... Thanks
