x520 problem

I am new on here and have a big problem I have a x520 with 150 hours the bolt that holds all the pullies on the bottom of the engine broke in half and the deck coil & pulley fell off It should be under warranty but I bought it used with 15 hours on it (the original owner transferred across the country) Does anybody know there policy on warranty will they warranty to the 2nd owner?
