talked to service about broke casts on h120 loader, they took it in on the 13 of aug. called on the 19th , no parts yet, when did you order? "the 15th", that's not acceptable, well we are backed up and trying to catch up, Wow I want that job! now the 21st and no tractor, Cazinovia Equipment Clinton NY location talk about inefficiency!
