loaded tires

I just purchased 4105 with loader, the rear tires are tubeless & have calcium chloride in them, the stems are leaking some & have some rust around the stem, need opinions here, I know I need some ballast weight, but I am not a fan of the calcium, do I have the tires removed, cleaned/flushed & run just air in tires and use a weighted ballast off my 3 point or use the rim saver, or just run it this way? I have not checked the air pressure yet, but I will do that tonight.
