I'm going through the idler wheels on my snowmobiles to get ready for riding season and changing out bearings that need replacing. One of the requirements to do this is to remove snap rings that hold the bearings in. They're the "inside" type, and require a fairly heavy duty / rugged tool to be able to completely compress the rings so that they can be removed.
Does anyone have recommendations for a good quality set that won't break the bank?
Channel Lock 927 / Craftsman (re-branded Channel Lock) are useless for this task.
