Actually 1 busted hose, the other one nearly gone, so might as well make 2.
Apparently the stabilizer legs on the 7 Hoe have hydraulic hoses that run up under the hinge... and there's a bolt next to that spot... raising and lowering = busted hose from chafe...
Fortunately we have a friend that used to work on JD tractors, and he said that when they rolled these 7Hoes out at their place, they used to tie off the hydraulic lines where they pass close to that nut... so he suggested I get the hoses replaced, and tie them off.
Just a bit frustrating because my wife took the day off to work with the tractor some to get a trail established for roading dogs around the property... this happened halfway through her day.
I'll take pictures in a bit, and find the part no... then I'll contact the dealer to see if they can cut me some kind of break. Just cracked 19 hours on the unit.
