2520 Front Blade Angle Speed Backwards

I recently got the quick attach front blade with hydraulic angling for my 2520 and noticed a strange issue. When I move the joystick right to angle the blade right it goes slow. If I back it off to what would normally slow it down, it actually speeds up. I only have this problem angling right, left works normally as does up and down. Any ideas?
