Identy of Rototiller?

A friend has passed away and had owned this rototiller that he has used on his John Deere 4115 Tractor. I do not see any numbers or labels on this rototiller. I was wondering if someone would recognize this piece of equipment as to what manufacturer it is. Model? Specs?
