Ballast Box vs. Heavy Hitch ?

For a 1025r what's your preference, a ballast box, or a heavy hitch? If a BB what do you use for ballast. If a Heavy Hitch which model hitch and which size weights? I think they make 42 lb. and 70 lb. The HH seems like a good idea. Looks like the weights are easily added or removed and the tow hitch is always ready for use.
