Well folks,
I got my money back from the government last week and decided to do what any responsible JD tractor owner would do. I invested some of the money in my tractor! Deciding which "stocks" would give me the best return was a no brainer. #1 on the list was some KBOGH. I just couldn't be the only one on this forum without them. I decided on the same setup as in the installation video. Ken responded nearly immediately after I placed my order and I had my package before the end of the week. Everything went very smoothly except for one small, short lived snag. One clevis interfered with the bolts and would not swing freely. I thought that I was going to have to grind a bit off, however, after putting my Popeye arms to work I tightened the $&@" out of it which brought the ends closer together providing the clearance needed for it to swing freely. I decided to leave the hooks unpainted and to paint the clevis mounts flat black.
Of course here are some pics. I was careful to not get my messy garage in the picture lest Gizmo would get on to me for not being as clean as dieselshadow.

Those first two showed how it was binding and not able to swing low.

So far I'm very happy with the hooks I highly recommend KBOGH. Thanks Kennyd
I also "invested" in a 10" hydraulic top link from fitritehydraulics. I do custom work which requires me to trailer multiple times a day and cranking the top link all of the way in to load is just getting annoying (1025r doesn't lift implements very high). Ordered a new 20' 3/8" zinc plated chain to match the hooks as my 5/8" chain is too big. Also a new set of ratchet straps with chain anchors.
Was gonna finally till and bed my garden but we already have over 30 mph sustained winds with gusts over 60 supposed to be coming after lunch. I don't much like working in the wind. Good news is that it should only be this windy for 4 more days.
