2032R Hydraulic top link question

I have read through numerous post including Diesel's pertaining to the installation of rear spools and am a little confused. All I want to have is the ability to control the top link only, no tilt feature. Don't know if it matters but I am only getting the FEL, no MMM.

What do I need to order with the tractor in order to install a hydraulic top link? Just the power beyond or an additional SCV?
