Hello All: I've got a 318 built in 1985 w/ a B43G motor with a charging light problem. I've read several other posts and did some of the trouble shooting, and here's where I'm at. Cleaned all grounds and feel they're not the problem. Good battery, 12.7 volts. Three regulator leads, one on top of the other and the 3rd off to the side. Checking the lower right hand terminal, running, I get 3 volts. Top right lead to ground at full throttle, 0 volts. Left hand lead to ground at full throttle, 0 volts. Tractor runs fine unless the mower deck and/or power takoff are engaged, then without warning the motor stops. If I'm quick enough, and turn off the deck and power takeoff, the motor will resume running. What do you think? Thanks, Dan
