JD 2305 problems

I have a JD 2305 tractor with about 200hrs on it. I've had a couple issues with it and would like to have feedback if you've had similar issues or know what the problem could be. I mainly use the tractor for mowing but do have a bucket and have used it a few times for moving crushed stone and landscape pavers, as well as some snow plowing in the winter. The current issue is that it will not go uphill. It has always been somewhat weak even when new....it would bog down a bit if it was hot and going uphill. It has progessively gotten worse...doesn't matter if it's hot or cold. I've changed filters and fluids to no avail. It's so bad at this point that I tried to load it onto my trailer last night and it couldn't even make it...ended up pushing it on with help. Anyone had this issue or know what the issue could be? The dealer just says bring it in. The other issue I have is that last fall I was using the PTO to rototil the garden and the PTO/Shaft broke! (Brand new rototiller...used 4-5 times with this tractor) I replaced it and asked the dealer about it being covered by JD...(not under warranty anymore)...with both these issues they just shrug it off. I always thought JD were quality tractors so didn't hesitate to buy this one. Not sure if this is typical...I wouldn't think a tractor with only 200 hrs on it would have these issues unless it was was a lemon. As you can guess I'm pretty frustrated at this point...any feedback would be great.
