X730......Help!

Guys,
I took delivery of my much anticipated new X730 last week. I got a 54"hc deck and boy was I excited. After reading the owner's manual I proceeded to cut the grass for the first time. Mission Accomplished! I then took the leaf blower and blew off the unit before parking in the garage. Some two hours later I had to go back into the garage and that's when I discovered the new Deere had leaked 5-6 drops of Coolant onto the garage floor. I then proceeded to "snug" all hose clamps, check the petcock for tightness, as well as the drain plug. All were secure. I then ran the unit for 30 more minutes and re-parked on a clean garage floor. 45 minutes later I checked again and had 4-5 drops of coolant on the floor. With only 2.4 hours on the unit I was furious to say the least. I loaded the mower on my trailer and had my wife take it promptly to the dealership the next AM. Here initially they were unable to get it to leak. However later they duplicated the leak. At this point according to their mechanic he "put some silicone on a bolt" and said he felt they would remedy the problem; as he could not get it to leak again. She then brought the unit home. When I arrived home, I immediately cut half of the yard, and checked for leaks....None. I then parked in the garage. The next morning at 0530hrs I was out to check the mower and Once Again 3-4 drops of coolant on the garage floor!!! I then looked very diligently to see if I could identify the source of the leak. While certainly not a mechanic, I found where a black plate on the front of the engine approximately 3"x3" square with four bolts (one on each corner) and a black stub looking rod (either hard plastic or black rubber) protruding had a drop of coolant hanging on the lip. Needless to say I phoned the dealership and advised them of the issue and also advised I Would Not be bringing it back (45minute drive), but they could come pick it up and repair it. They did in fact pick it up Tuesday AM and I have yet to hear anything. I will say I forgot to mention the mechanic on the initial visit (the one who put silicone on the bolt) said if this did not correct the issue he would have to take something off and it would be an approximate 3 hour endeavor. Guys in you opinion...what is causing this brand spankin' new X730 to leak Anti-Freeze? Also if they fail to correct it on its return....how should I proceed further?? Thanks to each of you for your help. I want to continue to be loyal to "Big-Green", but it is trying my patience to say the least! Thanks in advance for your time.
