I just bought an older x495 with a believable 530 hours to replace a tired old scotts 2554. First request: what to look for as immediate concern? the oil looks good, all fluid levels are correct, both the airflow and fuel filter indicators are good, starts right up and runs smooth. I am concerned with it running hot, the son of the late owner told me to watch for it and the way he said it gave me pause. Still, I got it for a good price so I'm hopeful.
