With the Curtis cab installed, the fender mounted work lights are inside the cab, and therefore unusable.
I unplugged and removed the lights, and tucked the original connector down inside the fender.
I found new connectors at NAPA.
The mounting brackets are made from 1 X 1/8 aluminum. The dimensions for the bracket and the bend angle were arrived at by trial and error.
My goal was to mount the lights on the cab roof as low as possible with no interference with the windshield when in the raised position (with the cab on, the windshield must be raised in order to open the hood).
There is no change to the controls; the lights in the new location are fed from the same wire as the original (from the light switch).
