Tractor sitting outside prior to purchase...

Hi everyone. I’m about to purchase a 1025r with FEL and 60” deck. The tractor has been sitting outside at the dealer now for four to five weeks up here in Vermont. We’ve had hot sunny days as well as lots of rain. I’ve always stored my equipment inside, and the thought of this new tractor sitting out for over a month before delivery makes me cringe. What are your thoughts… should I ask the dealer to order a ‘factory fresh’ unit which will take a month or so, or just take this machine? How much weathering damage has been done?.. Anything to be concerned about?
