Blades not level bad spindle?

I have a 318 with a 50" deck and I have been noticing that when I cut the grass the deck looks off of level. Today I took the deck off to change the hydro fluid and decided to take a look and see if one of the blades was lower. This is what i found. The blade on the discharge side of the deck is lower the other two.

Here is what I'm talking about.

Is this normal?

After I took the blades off to sharpen them I noticed why the one blade is lower. The low spindle has a bigger gap than the other ones.

Is the right spindle or was it maybe rebut wrong? There is no play at all up or down on the spindle shaft. Please let me know your thoughts.
