Broke my BH46... Could use some advise fixing it.

So I did the following today digging out a small hickory stump with a nasty tap root. I was curling the bucket and heard a pop.. didn't think much of it till I lost my curl and looked down and saw this:



So does anyone know of an alternative cylinder to fix this? The JD cylinder is $800 and a rod and seal kit is $250. I am worried more is damaged than just the rod. Also anyone have any tips on rebuilding it if I go that route.
