John Deere LX178 blows fuse when using mower

I inherited an older LX178. Been fixing on it. Installed mower deck after cleaning and grease job. Totally dead. Replace PTO switch. Mower runs, but only for a minute. Then blows 15A fuse. What else could it be besides the PTO clutch? What should the clutch Ohm value actually be?
