I've been moving just under 2 acres the past 5-years with a snapper lt200 and an older wh /toro 268h. I'm a bagger and have been lugging around a trakvac with two 40 gal rubbermaid cans. In the spring and fall a mowing was taking approximately 5-hours and I finally bit the bullet bc enough is enough. In early May I ordered the 1025r but still haven't taken possession. I purchased it out of state, across the river in North St. Louis county and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the powerflow attachment arrives this Friday as their system shows. I could have taken delivery of the mower w 60 quick connect auto pto deck, quick connect snow blade, and bagger with no powerflow, but the plan was to drive over for orientation and then have it delivered.
I feel a bit foolish waiting two months for the powerflow, but I want it delivered complete and ready to go.
Can you all believe that there is over a 250 powerflow back order wait list? A bit absurd, but Friday is supposed to be the day so I should have it next week. Then again, the powerflow has been pushed back each and every time it was supposed to show up at the dealer.
What gives with Deere and their inability to produce enough powerflow attachments. Anyway, pics will soon be plenty and bottom line was $16,500 out the door, no tax bc out of state. Decent?
I purchased the 1025r as an over glorified lawn tractor with the ability to clean the snow off of my 250' driveway. Hopefully I can get my thick spring and fall cuts down to 2 hours with this beast and it's near double capacity 14 bushel /140 gallon bagger that's likely not going to plug on me 4 times each mowing.
Cheers,
Kevin
